Your role at Hostinger
Contracts & Product Lawyer in the Legal team. As part of Hostinger's Legal team, you'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing legal guidance on product and business initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop legally compliant and business-friendly solutions while supporting innovation and operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day
Act as the first point of contact for contract related questions escalated by stakeholders.
Draft, review, negotiate, and support various commercial contracts (software, technologies, marketing and other vendor agreements).
Establish and maintain standardized agreements and set up systems that lessen the need for significant legal involvement in everyday tasks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders (Hostinger’s product, marketing and other teams) to ensure legally compliant and business-oriented responses to their requests.
Provide guidance and day-to-day consultations on various compliance and regulatory matters, especially related to the hosting and domain industries.
Stay proactive and updated on legal and regulatory developments in relevant industries, taking necessary actions as required.
Undertake special projects, legal team initiatives, organizational tasks, and efforts in legal compliance.
Your skills and experience
Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 3 years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm, preferably in the tech sector.
Proficiency in providing legal guidance to business stakeholders across diverse legal matters, navigating ambiguity, and prioritizing tasks while collaborating with multiple teams.
Good at legal risk assessment, including considering business strategy and keeping your eye on the bigger picture while at the same time staying detail-oriented.
Strong curiosity and ability to thoroughly investigate unfamiliar issues for informed decision-making.
Excellent organizational problem-solving, analytical, communication and team player skills.
Experience working with regulatory or IP law-related matters would be an advantage.

Compensation
Gross salary €3,500 - €4,700 a month and is discussed individually depending on experience.
