Job Summary:

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Compliance Manager to help guide the company’s export compliance program and assist with governmental contracting. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing Lynx’s compliance with governmental regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).  The Compliance Manager will work closely with the legal team and cross functional teams to ensure operational compliance to support the company’s growth aligned to our strategic goals in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree.

·       JD preferred, but not required.

·       5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within the embedded software, professional services, technology or government contractor sectors.

·       Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate insights and data into actionable recommendations for leaders and engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

·       A strong understanding of government contracting regulations (FARs/DFARs), ITAR and related compliance requirements.

·       A strong working knowledge of export control compliance requirements.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Familiarity with the following tools is a bonus, but not required: Salesforce, Ironclad or MFiles.
