Rezilient Health is hiring a

Contracts and Compliance Analyst

St. Louis, United States
Full-Time

Our mission at Rezilient Health is simple: to make access to primary and multispeciality care convenient, timely and seamless. We beam our remote physicians and specialist consults into our world-first CloudClinics to collaborate with an onsite medic during patient appointments. That means a shorter time to diagnosis and more timely treatment for our members, plus a model that actually helps physicians to deliver better care.

Our tech-forward approach streamlines the primary care experience so our doctors have the time to treat our members as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. And we’re continuing to add specialty services and technology to offer the most comprehensive, convenient care possible.

Above all, we're making it easy for businesses to offer their people a healthcare benefit they'll actually use — and love. By providing same-day appointments, longer appointment times as standard, and a dedicated care coordination team, we help employers to reduce utilization of costly downstream care like emergency room and hospital visits. Bringing the entire healthcare system under one roof results in a dramatic return on investment for employers’ bottom lines, and for their employees’ health.

As the Contracts and Compliance Analyst at Rezilient Health, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s contracts and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including healthcare laws and data privacy standards. You’ll collaborate closely with various internal teams, including legal, operations, product development, and business development, to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and the company remains in full compliance with all applicable laws. Your role will be essential in mitigating risk, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting the legal and operational needs of a rapidly scaling company.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract management, legal, or compliance roles, preferably within the healthcare or healthcare technology industry.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other data privacy laws.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems and G-Suite.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup environment or fast-growing company.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology, SaaS, or other tech-related industries.
  • Understanding of healthcare procurement processes and government contract regulations.
  • Experience with compliance audits or regulatory filings.

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact on the organization's future. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.
