About the Role
As a Contract Analyst, your responsibilities include:
- Ensure all contracts are signed in accordance with internal guidance and approval (pricing & terms) procedures
- Provide a support in drafting standardized contracts using company’s contract templates
- Record client's special contractual terms on the platform and communicate them to respective AM or TL
- Contract administration on the platform
- Create and maintain recording of accounts on the platform
- Follow-up with Account Managers and Team Leads on completing execution of contracts by Clients and provide monthly report on missing contracts
- Remind Account Managers and Team Leads on contract expiration and provide monthly reports on non-extended contracts
- Monitor free calls and report on bi-monthly basis
- Assist accounting on invoicing related topics
- Ensure all vendor contracts are signed in accordance with internal guidance and approval procedure
- Maintain and administer vendors' contracts, due diligence questionnaires and supplementary documentation
- Ensure that all external vendors provides respective set of on-boarding documentation
- Cooperate with Compliance team on certification of vendors and inclusion them to a list of preferred vendors
- Assistance in ad-hoc requests of Compliance team
