- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the job requirements and how to attract world-class talent.

Understand the KPIs for the role and document your key metrics and Strongly adhere to the Talent Acquisition Process .
- Develop strong relationships with Business Leaders/Hiring Managers and partner with your recruiting coordinator to conduct efficient interviews and deliver world-class hiring experiences.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Master's degree in Human Resources.
- 5+ years' experience in a corporate IT recruiting role at a global company, with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring technical talent.
- Proven track record as a Technical IT Recruiter.
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM Tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members, clearly articulating job requirements, company culture, and expectations.
