Bungie is seeking a Producer to support the Research team. The Research team enables “player experience first” by using scientific approaches to help stakeholders understand their players, player needs, how representative players interact with their games, and help them optimize the process of creating games.
Responsibilities include tracking schedules, managing documentation, facilitating communication across multiple stakeholder groups, and owning day-to-day tasks necessary to execute successful research projects. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create viable project plans and hold team accountable for delivering projects on-time and at quality bar
- Identify and escalate gaps in project plans, resource allocation, and budget for assigned team to research lead and Producer
- Manage day-to-day process and rituals for assigned team
- Monitor team health and proactively work to resolve challenges
- Serve as the primary stakeholder point of contact regarding project management and study logistics
- Maintain and organize necessary documentation to ensure the team’s resources are reliable, up-to-date, and accessible
- Deeply understand the end-to-end research process for the most common methodologies
- Proactively identify, build, and streamline processes that result in efficient research operations
- Manage all aspects of participant recruitment, including outreach, screening, scheduling, non-disclosure agreements, and incentive management
- Understand specific technical requirements for assigned game/team and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure technical lab readiness and smooth setup
- Manage participant check-in with Security and coordinate meals/supplies with Employee Services to ensure a positive participant experience
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage lab calendar for assigned team even in ambiguous situations
- Owns vendor onboarding and contract management for assigned team
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in a project management, production, and/or market research position
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end research process and different study methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively across multiple teams with strong written and verbal skills
- Experience balancing multiple projects with varying deadline pressure
- Must be able to adapt quickly and be comfortable with daily randomization
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience with survey development tools (e.g. Survey Monkey, Decipher, Qualtrics)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
