The ideal candidate will manage the interview scheduling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. As a Recruitment Scheduler, you will be a key player in our mission to attract top talent in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtual and in-person, between candidates and hiring managers. Manage and prioritize complex scheduling requests across multiple time zones.

Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide clear communication regarding interview logistics and next steps.

Calendar Management: Manage and update interview schedules on hiring managers' calendars, including last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to ensure alignment on interview timelines and candidate status.

System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in generating reports on recruitment activities.

Travel Coordination: For onsite interviews, manage travel logistics and accommodations for candidates, ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering post-interview feedback from interviewers and candidates to help refine and improve the hiring process.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the scheduling process and improve efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive candidate information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or scheduling role, preferably within a recruiting or HR environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with the Greenhouse ATS system. Experience with scheduling tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and internal teams.
