About the Role…
Our Contract Recruiting Coordinator (Contract, Hybrid) position is part of our People team and plays a vital role in delivering a seamless recruiting experience for both external candidates and hiring teams. You will support the recruiting team and our recruiting process by providing in-bound/sourcing support, reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screens, coordinating interview schedules and managing an efficient and smooth process. In addition, this role may assist with onboarding new hires and other pre-hire efforts as needed. We are ideally looking for someone who lives in the tri-state region who is able to commute to midtown Manhattan, as needed, based on in-office candidate interview schedules. This contract is slated for 6+ months and may go longer based on business needs/performance.
