As Contract Manager, you have an overall view of the contractual constellations of DT IoT, incl. Tribe, and are the first point of contact for questions. 

You will handle tasks related to the creation, negotiation and conclusion of contracts, including necessary data protection agreements, and will be responsible for the corresponding documentation and archiving.

As a central interface to related departments such as Legal, Data Protection, Tax, Purchasing, HR, you will support colleagues in the creation and review of contracts, accelerate process flows and develop a contract kit system. The goal is to obtain and maintain an overall view of DT IoT's contractual constellations (incl. Tribe).

You will mostly work in a supporting role within projects in the Legal and Data Privacy stream.

Your responsibilities will include the following interesting tasks:

  • Analysis and review of contractual relationships within the IoT Tribe.
  • Regular review of contractual chains and data privacy agreements
  • Drafting and concluding new contracts
  • Contract preparation of the pre-provider contracts for the NatCos
  • Support colleagues in the application of contract templates, data protection agreements and use of the appropriate processes
  • Development of processes and procedures and their implementation and review
  • Collaboration in the planning and execution of audits (data protection)
  • Collaboration in Group-wide projects
  • Regular review of compliance with guidelines (archives, signatures)
  • Communication in the internal social networks (YAM-United)
  • Completed university studies or comparable professional training with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • 3 years of professional experience as contract manager or comparable activities
  • Fluency of German and English languages, both written and spoken
  • High affinity to legal topics, compliance and data protection
  • Mature stakeholder management competencies
  • General knowledge of contract law
  • Developed analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to recognize interdependencies and interactions in contractual relationships
  • Experience in working in international teams
