About this team:
The Contract Manager within our Technology & Transformation Delivery Excellence team focuses on ensuring that our contractual obligations for complex and high-value contracts are fulfilled. The role works closely with project leadership and delivery teams to manage commercial and legal aspects of our contractual commitments with clients, subcontractors and partners. This team also collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders, such as our Technology & Transformation Partners & Directors and our firm’s legal team. The team's goal is to use effective contract management to strengthen our understanding of contract requirements and compliance and mitigate risks on significant client engagements.
Your typical day will include:
· Ongoing management of contractual obligations for a portfolio of contracts and client engagements.
· Identifying contractual obligations for Deloitte, clients, subcontractors, and other involved parties.
· Managing compliance with Confidential Information Management Plans (CIMPs) on engagements.
· Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and escalating risks or issues when necessary.
· Managing regulatory and other policy obligations in Deloitte's engagement delivery.
· Handling subcontractors or partner organizations to ensure they meet their obligations.
· Managing contractual variations, including scope changes and commercial adjustments.
· Overseeing contract renewals, rate reviews, and compliance testing.
· Managing contract-related documentation to maintain compliance with firm policy and quality standards.
· Participating in quality assurance, risk management, and issue management activities.
· Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures for effective contract management within engagements.
In addition to these daily tasks, you will be expected to:
· Stay current with tools, systems, and innovative approaches for contract management.
· Promote and contribute to the use of technology, such as a Contract Management System.
· Contribute to internal innovation, technology, and AI communities.
· Conduct Contract Management reporting and analysis.
· Complete relevant training and continuous learning to enhance Contract Management skills.
· Demonstrate core leadership capabilities, including inspiring, creating purpose, driving agility, building diverse capability, influencing, collaborating, delivering value, and building the business.

· Experience: -Contract Management- 5 to 7 years
