Contract Management Specialist (H/F)

Reporting to the Head of Customer Royalties AS/Labels, the Contract Management specialist's main mission will be to centralize, review, and assure the operability of the various types of contracts for which Finance customer Reporting Team (FCR) is responsible for.

The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for:

• Centralizing the various contracts and endorsements to integrate each month on a worldwide scale
• Reviewing and validating the setting of contracts for Labels and Artist Services business units into the reporting tool, perfectly understanding the impact on the royalties reporting and calculation
• Answering all operability issues, in support of the business, contract management or FCR teams, in order to make sure Believe and especially FCR Team is able to execute as committed
• Analyzing and treatment of contractual deviations compared to standard clauses
• Communicating and transferring important information to the royalty’s specialist of FCR team, being able to respect the monthly closing schedule
• Coaching and Supporting local and central teams to explain Believe processes and anticipate changes.
• Acting as Business Partner to support and improve contractual workflows
• Building a tracking system to clarify and secure data
• Ensuring that the content data is up to date, with the right level of information to enable the monthly closing to run smoothly
• Understanding and follow the work of other team members, to be able to support them in their monthly royalties’ closure
• Manage KPI's and SLA improvements
• Participating to ad-hoc projects

In this context, you will be required to:

• Be able to perform advanced and detailed analyses of Labels and artis services contracts.
• Follow-up and communicate with other departments involved in the royalties’ process to ensure the smooth flow of information and the operability of our commitments
• Draft procedures and operating modes and ensure their implementation.
• Propose process improvements

Votre niveau d’anglais est courant, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Une formation juridique et ou contrôle de gestion, ainsi qu’une première expérience dans le domaine de la musique serait un plus.

Vous êtes rigoureux, synthétique, à l’aise avec les chiffres, force de proposition, aimant le travail d’équipe et le sens du client au sein d'un environnement international, agile et innovant.
