Support contract management, contract approval coordination, database management, and reporting.
Assist with the development, maintenance, and proofing of standard contract templates, training materials, knowledgement management and contract analysis.
Help the team get things done by unblocking problems, strategically determining the best course of action, supporting escalations, and garnering XFN resources.
Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for various initiatives and teams, and provide ongoing counsel and assistance to business teams as requested.
Develop and implement policies, practices and guidance for contract operations, including training, guides and playbooks.
Manage and meet aggressive internal SLAs, and help juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Liaise with Legal Ops, Product and Revenue Ops teams as necessary on solution design and delivery.
Complex Ironclad administration.
