Responsibilities
- Manage AP related matters
- Process bulk payouts to users
- Prepare vendor payments in the bank portal for authorisation and obtain approval per the bank authorisation approval matrix
- Review employee claims and process reimbursement
- Monitor bank balance and ensure sufficient funds to pay merchants
- Involve in month end closing and audit preparation
- Manage the bank reconciliation process
- Prepare payables aging report
- Manage CX team requests related to users
- Safekeeping of accounting documents such as bank statements and remittance advices
- Assist on any ad hoc task assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in the tech or financial services industry will be a plus point.
- Experience in Oracle Netsuite is welcomed
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A committed team player with good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
