EquipmentShare is Hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Contract Compliance Coordinator for our rental facility in Houston, TX to support our team as it continues to grow.  

EquipmentShare is seeking a Contract Compliance Coordinator to be responsible to assist the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner and fact-checked for compliance purposes. May be asked to assist with other duties as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Champion safe job practices for repairing equipment
  • Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
  • Be eager and able to fix nearly any piece of equipment 
  • Enjoy working directly with customers to solve their problems 
  • Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)

We are looking for someone with availability to work (ex. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or Monday-Friday 6am-3pm) 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (equipment sales experience is a plus)
  • You’re a great listener and care about solving your customer’s problems
  • You’re energized by building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout every step of the rental process
  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
