This position involves accurate interpretation and loading of all contract information into the Company Business System including, but not limited to rates, allocation, and content. It also includes the quality controlling of all contract information loaded and requires attention to detail to check contract information and rates loaded into the system.
A precise understanding of contracts and their terms and conditions is imperative.

Accurate capturing and maintenance of product, rates, and content into the company business system within the timeframe provided.
Maintain high accuracy and productivity level by managing workload and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
- Travel and Tourism Certificate / Qualification
- Excel Course (advantage)
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in the travel industry preferably in a contracts environment
- Experience with reading and interpreting contracts (an advantage)
- Have good geographical knowledge
- Good understanding of room types and categories of hotel rooms and multiple elements of a contract
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office Applications - Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, etc
