Contract Administrator Officer

As a Contract Administrator Officer at Rentokil Initial, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth management and processing of contracts within our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and validating contracts and documentation on a daily basis..
  • Coordinating management approvals for any premises additions or price increases.
  • Conducting daily reconciliation between the contract management system (iCabs) and company dashboards.
  • Assisting the finance team with monthly management accounts by generating closing reports.
  • Collaborating with service teams on job/product statuses and supporting sales and credit control teams as necessary.
  • Depositing cash collections daily and ensuring all invoices are processed accurately.
  • Facilitating approval processes for credit notes and supporting the accounts receivable team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has to be a Saudi candidate
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in contract administration.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of reporting and monitoring with great attention to detail.
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
