As a Contract Administrator Officer at Rentokil Initial, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth management and processing of contracts within our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and validating contracts and documentation on a daily basis..
- Coordinating management approvals for any premises additions or price increases.
- Conducting daily reconciliation between the contract management system (iCabs) and company dashboards.
- Assisting the finance team with monthly management accounts by generating closing reports.
- Collaborating with service teams on job/product statuses and supporting sales and credit control teams as necessary.
- Depositing cash collections daily and ensuring all invoices are processed accurately.
- Facilitating approval processes for credit notes and supporting the accounts receivable team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has to be a Saudi candidate
- 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in contract administration.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong understanding of reporting and monitoring with great attention to detail.
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
