Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Contract Administrator to support our internal overhead team with a wide variety of activities related to contract management, proposal management, and pricing.

Our Contract Administrator’s responsibilities include working with other members of our overhead team and Practice Area Leads to support the successful tracking, negotiation and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontracts as well as assist with contract and subcontract administration, pricing activities, and proposal administration and coordination requirements.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in a government contractor business environment in at least one of the above areas (contracts, proposals, and/or pricing). Strong organizational, task and time management, interpersonal and communication skills (writing and verbal) are also essential.

  • Assist with government and commercial contract activities required across the company.
  • Support bid, capture, and contract negotiations processes to include assisting with tracking, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Teaming Agreements (TA), Consulting Service Agreements (CSA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Subcontracts.
  • Maintain Dark Wolf templates for commonly used agreements (e.g., NDAs, TAs, MSAs, etc.) and incorporate new language as needed through periodic inputs from external counsel, exposure to various other legal agreements used across the industry, and research.
  • Ensure contract records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times with an understanding to de-dupe potential conflicts, if they arise.
  • Participate in proposal planning and preparation; assist proposal managers and capture managers with proposal administration to include creating proposal templates, scheduling color team reviews, and compiling documents.
  • Assist pricing with responding to pricing data calls and developing sanitized and unsanitized pricing sealed packages.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet tight deadlines to support time sensitive meetings regarding capture and proposal activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of federal government contract administration, pricing, or proposal experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to concisely communicate complex ideas and concepts verbally and in writing
  • Experience working in a team environment and independently. Self-starter with a strong business sense/acumen
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to conduct business in a professional manner. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or timeliness
  • Experience with and strong skills in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
  • US Citizenship and clearable to a Secret security clearance or higher

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with federal government contracting (Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), etc.).
  • Familiarity with finance and accounting procedures.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • May require periods of non-traditional working hours such as a late night and/or weekend on occasion.
  • Active in-scope SECRET clearance or higher or ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
