We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

 In this role you will play a vital part in supporting contract management and process improvement within a dynamic operations team. You will draft, track, and manage essential contracts, contributing directly to impactful projects for one of the world’s most recognized brands. This role provides the unique opportunity to work on globally renowned products, enhancing your experience within a high-profile industry. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in project management, capable of maintaining clear and effective communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end contract administration, including drafting, tracking, and reviewing contracts, with a focus on supplier partnerships, work-for-hire agreements, and co-development contracts. Ensure contract compliance and completion within established timelines.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with various stakeholders to gather necessary contract inputs and facilitate timely approvals, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to project timelines.
  • Documentation and Tools Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of team processes, tools, and documentation to streamline contract management workflows and support process improvements.
  • Project Kick-off and Tracking: Initiate and manage production projects in coordination with the team, tracking progress and maintaining clear, organized records.
  • Compliance and User Support: Act as a primary point of contact to educate team members on contract compliance and management processes. Address queries related to contract tools and procedures.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Enter contract data into business tools and databases. Track and report on contract statuses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with team standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • SharePoint: Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Contracts Administration: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in managing contracts, including drafting and compliance.
  • Project Management: Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally within contract or administrative functions.
  • Legal Coordination: At least 2 years of experience collaborating with legal departments or handling legally sensitive documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in gaming or entertainment sectors.
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to develop and document efficient processes and best practices within contract management or operations teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage documentation and track multiple contracts across departments with a high degree of accuracy.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $85,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
