Why are we hiring:   

We’re hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist to take ownership of optimising our systems landscape and ensuring seamless integration across key business functions, such as customer support, sales, and customer success. As BigChange continues to expand, it’s essential that our data flows efficiently across these functions, enabling us to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

This role is crucial for streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and ensuring our systems work together to support our strategic objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in optimising business systems and improving data integration across various functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing and enhancing the integration of platforms that support key functions such as CRMs, customer support, sales, and customer success tools, ensuring you work cohesively to drive business outcomes.
  • You'll have demonstrable experience of working with 3rd parties and of delivering results through tangible improvements within a SaaS environment. Ideally you'll have previous experience of deploying and managing CRMs and software including HubSpot CRM and Gainsight Customer Success Platform.
  • You'll be skilled in learning new technologies quickly, simplifying complex processes, and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • You are someone who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, lead system optimisation projects, and ensure our systems landscape is aligned with our strategic goals..
  • You embody our values, take ownership of your work, and have the vision and tenacity to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
