Continuing Education Specialist

Primary Function of Position:

Provides support to Mexicali Personnel in the form of developing, implementing, delivery, and evaluating Training programs and courses that enhances the professional development of employees such as training for soft skills, EH&S, GMP, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with Managers and OD coordinator in order to prioritize courses/training programs.
• Coordinate and/or delivery Training courses, Internal and External.
• Coordinate and delivery Plan Tours for NH and Visitors
• Assess employee skills and provide feedback to management.
• Work with respective IS employees to develop specific courses material.
• Work with ISU specialist/administrator to manage training items and attendance, records and reports.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• Fluent Spanish and English spoken
• 2+ Years of experience in Training administration related job.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to explain Training material to individuals and to effectively facilitate learning process. Even without being the subject matter expert.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization skills.
