Content Technician II

  • Scan websites and ftp sites to find any changes to content. This task is performed twice daily in the morning and in the afternoon.
  • Download content files if there are changes and save them to disk.  Manipulate files so that they are in the correct format.
  • Use pre-existing tools within software to load the data into the master content databases and create content packs (.txt/.exe) which can be sent to customers.
  • Test content packs , distribute content to customers.
  • Assist with General content queries and issues.
  • Create startup packs (content bundle) based on requirements.
  • Maintain customer related data in the internal system.

 

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    • Good knowledge of Internet, MS Office
    • Good Communication Skills
    • Good analytical skills
