Summary of Responsibilities:
- Ideate, create, and share engaging visual and written content for Instagram and TikTok, including captions and visuals, while managing AYANA Bali's social media strategy.
- Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management
- Manage content production and placement for all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and any emerging channels
- Provide monthly reports and review strategies based on results
- Collaborate with fellow Social Media and PR Executives to engage strategic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), content creators, and media outlets.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
- Create social media campaign and content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, and planning to execution (including schedule and post)
- Liaise regularly with the media relations team to ensure outlets are well-represented in media opportunities and coverage
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position in the hospitality industry
- Prior background in the entertainment or nightlife industry is desirable
- Proven experience in project management, content creation, and relationship management
- Have a keen awareness of social media trends and challenges to innovate and reach new audiences and improve ROI
- Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data to come up with actionable points to determine strong social media strategies
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
