Content Quality, Quantity & Diversity: Strength, numbers and regional resonance of content (talent line-ups, entertainers, panels, screenings, features etc.)

Content Acquisition Timelines: Meet content deadlines by curating talent line-ups, programmes and show features on time, to allow adequate lead time for promotion according to a content drop plan.

Effective Budget Management: Ensuring content budget accuracy in real-time to minimise variance between actual and forecast expenses. Identifying opportunities to invest to drive ROI and save costs where prudent to do so.

Task & Process Ownership: Ability to own tasks end-to-end and efficiently follow existing content team processes. Track tasks efficiently within set deadlines and with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Collaboration with Teams: Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, such as Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to ensure effective outcomes and positive impact on the event budget and fan experience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the convention’s objectives and target audience. Stay updated on pop culture trends, industry news, and community interests to inform content decisions.

Content Curation and Programme Management: Curate a diverse range of content, including panels, workshops, screenings, and interactive experiences. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and talent guests to deliver compelling features and stage content. Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with our brand and values.

Market Research & Strategic Analysis: Stay connected with trending content and experiences while keeping up to date with pop culture trends, industry news, brand engagement and community interests to inform content decisions.

Celebrity, Speaker & Talent Relations: Support the Content team in coordinating with celebrities, artists, guest speakers, and other talent to ensure their seamless participation in the event. This involves communication with agents, reviewing contracts, scheduling, and logistical arrangements. Coordinate talent and performers agreements, schedules, permits and logistics, ensuring a positive experience for all participants pre-event and during the convention.

Budget Oversight: Assist the Show Leaders in content budget planning and management related to talent, feature and content programming. Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maximizing content impact. Monitor payment status with the support of the wider team to ensure deadlines are met.

Stakeholder Partnerships & Coordination: Proactively develop win-win partnerships where required to improve our content offerings. Communicate with agents, sponsors, and partners to manage deliverables, and ensure smooth operations for show features and stages onsite.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing team to promote content offerings through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Coordinate marketing promotion, talent promotion and approval processes on assets as required.

On-Site Delivery: During the event, actively participate in on-site operations and event delivery, helping with features setup, staff briefing, and overall event support, while working closely with our Conference & Operations team.

Copywriting & Collateral Updates: Demonstrate ability to write engaging and compelling content for various purposes, such as website copy and copy for marketing collateral. A keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and creativity in messaging will be essential.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Proven experience in conference production or a similar role
- Excellent research, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have knowledge of the healthcare industry, including current trends, challenges, and key players.
