In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
· Content programme development – Work closely with the content programming team to develop, plan and deliver aspects of the content programmes for in-person and online events with a main focus on the content for Fi Europe, Vitafoods Europe and the respective webinar series, based on a combined analysis of customer insights from previous events and current market trends.
· Research editorial programmes – Research and produce validated, editorially sound educational programmes, both paid-for and free-to-attend, in various formats such as online and in-person conferences, webinars, startup challenges, panel discussions, networking and workshop sessions.
· Moderate and MC events – Build relationships with speakers, create engaging questions/scripts, and confidently moderate panel discussions at both online and in-person events. Serve as an MC at our events, ensuring a seamless flow of discussions and interactions that foster audience engagement and educational value.
· Speaker acquisition - Source, select and secure the participation of relevant, high-level industry key speakers who can deliver valuable and relevant content for our audiences.
· Nurturing partnerships – Initiate and build relationships with key content partners within the industry, including associations, startups and food and nutrition companies.
· Budget management – With support from the Head of Content Programming, ensure your programmes are delivered within the budget for content and conference costs.
