Your Job:
As a Content Producer, you will produce assets to deliver the global creative team projects, including photography, video, and animation for a variety of channels. Your role will be on the Creative Content Production Team within the larger Brooks Creative Lab. You will manage everything from budgeting to on-the-ground production to postproduction of creative led photo and video shoots. You will support senior level producers on complex projects and contribute to production process improvements and strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Produce complex, mid budget production projects with minimal oversight from senior producers and/or managers
- Produce complex, high budget production projects in partnership with senior producers and/or managers
- Work collaboratively with project managers to produce assets from start to finish – delivering stellar creative while hitting each milestone on time and on-budget, including line producing a project from start to finish when needed
- Develop project budgets, create production schedules, and secure creative resources for photo and video shoots
- Communicate with internal partners and external vendors effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on schedule
- Collaborate with internal business partners and manage external vendors (such as photographers, videographers, directors, editors, colorists, designers, art directors, stylists, digital techs, hair and make-up, line producers, retouch resources, etc.)
- Identify videographers, photographers, production companies and other creative resources for creative content development, Provide guidance and feedback to Associate Producers on projects
- Identify and share ideas for process changes to improve efficiencies; work with Manager to implement as assigned
- Track project progress and escalate potential risks to deadlines, deliverables, and budget to managers
- Initiate vendor paperwork (including NDAs, requests for new contracts, new vendor paperwork, etc.) and manage invoice process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related preferred OR additional related work experience
- 3+ years creative project management experience
· Creative portfolio which demonstrates vision, storytelling, and technical aptitude
- Proven budgeting, estimating and resource management skills
- Understanding of project specifications and channel deliverable formats
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
- Sound judgment and effective prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
- Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat and expertise with project management software tools and software

- Travel: up to 20% (domestic and international)
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $68,635 - $103,004 Top per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
