Responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and more. Your main responsibilities
- Developing and implementing content strategy across various channels (own media and 3rd party media)
- Preparing marketing content both independently and in collaboration with external media partners

Managing Allegro's own social media accounts, including account opening/re-verification and responding to DMs
- Managing the budget and monitoring KPIs, including sourcing merchants and closely cooperating with BDPs and 1F sourcing
- Managing PPC campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotions to achieve business and marketing goals

Conducting market research to identify potential media partners, determine relevant social media presence, and stay updated on trending topics
- Preparing sales presentations for the Business Sourcing Team
We are looking for people who have:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing content creation, with B2B marketing experience being a plus
- Ability to craft compelling and engaging content; copywriting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and SEO writing
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media metrics, with experience in analysis and performance measurement
- Experience with digital analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Competence in developing data-driven content strategies
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices; management experience with channels like WeChat, Douyin, RED, Weibo, or Meta is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese (C1)
