Content marketing at ieso is critical to building awareness of our company in the US, creating demand, telling the brand story, and using our voice to engage multiple audiences. The role holder will have experience creating high-performing and engaging content experiences in the B2B space and uses a combination of copy and visuals to develop compelling content and stories across channels. The ideal candidate is a creative, driven writer passionate about mental health who thrives in high-pace environments.

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Content strategy and planning - managing content calendars, journey maps, measurement plans, etc.
  • Develop new content - articles, case studies, infographics, product one-sheeters, social media content, thought leadership, etc
  • Work across product, science, AI, clinical and leadership teams to Identify new storylines and content opportunities
  • Partner across the commercial team (sales, accounts, marketing) to develop content - website, blog, social channels, lead gen, conferences/events support, etc
  • Create compelling storylines for external presentations and work with commercial and design to develop standard materials
  • Develop themes, trends, and storylines based on internal and external surveys, data and studies
  • Define KPIs, conduct ongoing measurement, and report results
  • Create content for different audiences and channels, bringing the knowledge of what performs best in each
  • Other duties as assigned relevant to the role

Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience in B2B healthcare
  • Strong track record of creating incredible content that pushes the brand story forward in new, creative ways to grasp mindshare
  • Proven B2B marketing and content marketing fundamentals
  • Understanding how headlines, themes, and copy work in a variety of digital advertising formats
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to distill a complex technical product or science concept and translate to easily digestible content
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to shift competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with little direction
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and resourcefully
  • Design software experience

Desirable

  • Agency/vendor management experience (including PR)
  • Budget management experience
  • Mental health experience or interest
  • Digital health, Medical Device and/or SaMD experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday and the Atlassian suite
  • Video editing experience
