Higharc is hiring a

Content Marketing Manager

Remote

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. In 2024, we raised a $53M Series B fundraising round with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

We're in search of a driven and versatile individual who thrives on transforming ideas into impactful content and experiences that resonate across multiple channels.

As a key contributor to our digital presence with homebuilders, you will help bring our product and brand to life through compelling content, optimized for both engagement and search engine visibility. Your expertise in translating business goals into captivating campaigns and content that not only engage our audience, but also drive measurable impact. If you're excited about our mission of building better homes and communities, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Content Development & Creative Management

  • Produce and distribute a wide range of content types, including blogs, white papers, social media, animations, and more, to effectively communicate our brand and value proposition.
  • Drive and manage the end-to-end content production process with precise creative briefs and ensure that all content is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.

Content Repurposing & Multichannel Campaigns

  • Strategically repurpose existing content into multiple formats to extend its reach across various channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and sales collateral.
  • Own and execute content campaigns that leverage existing assets, break them into bite-sized pieces or combine into larger initiatives to maximize impact and reach.
  • Help develop scalable playbooks for how we execute various content marketing programs.
  • Map and build out content for various stages of the funnel.

Website Optimization and SEO

  • Lead the strategy and execution of website content to drive user engagement, SEO performance, and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with external agencies to optimize user journeys, landing pages, and site performance.
  • Implement and manage on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and internal linking, to enhance search engine visibility and organic traffic.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing to continually refine and improve website content for maximum conversion, leveraging data-driven insights from SEO and user behavior analytics.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Analyze content performance across all channels, using data-driven insights to inform future content strategies and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital engagement strategies, implementing new ideas to keep our content fresh and effective.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing within B2B SaaS; experience in the construction or homebuilding industry is a huge plus.
  • Top notch portfolio of content marketing, with a strong emphasis on multi-channel campaign execution and website optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the creative process, from ideation to execution.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack to create content that engages and converts–but you don’t ship junk in the name of speed.
  • Proven experience with modern marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong design sense and taste. You can effectively communicate and execute on a creative vision and know what great design and marketing looks like.
  • Knowledge and track record of SEO best practices, tools (e.g. SEMrush, Jasper) and implementing on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and internal linking to enhance organic search performance and ranking.
  • Expertise in repurposing content and developing multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Who You Are:

  • Passion for the construction and homebuilding industry.
  • Natural problem solver who enjoys finding opportunities and driving impactful change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and collaborate.
  • Enjoys the creative process and building great work through feedback and iteration.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Structured and organized individual with strong ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with a knack for using data to drive decisions and optimizations.
  • Comfort and working knowledge of AI tools is a big plus.
  • Good sense of humor and ability to have fun.
