Requirements
In case you tick all these boxes, here are the skills and experience we need:
- 3+ years of experience as a content manager
- Superb writing and research skills
- Must be able to understand complex concepts and turn those into simplified, digestible content
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to tackle a variety of tasks simultaneously; often under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration capabilities and ability to handle cross-functional workflows with global marketing vendors
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Familiarity with content categorization, distribution, promotion, and measurement
And the actual work you'll be doing:
- Develop a comprehensive content plan and editorial that support the customer journey with emphasis on nurturing prospects
- Write content assets according to plan
- Review and edit content for tone, voice, clarity, and consistency of messaging
- Post content on the website
- Identify market and technology trends that can enhance our content
