In collaboration with the Marketing team, your mission will be to make AGICAP the best source of information for SME/Mid Market CEOs, CFOs and finance teams in France and Europe, regarding cash management, liquidity planning and more generally the management of their Treasury.
We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts through captivating content creation, leveraging advanced AI tools where applicable.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting engaging content tailored to our target audience, with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
This role will involve creating a variety of content formats, including landing pages, emails, thought leadership pieces, and SEO support, with the ability to utilize AI technologies for content optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our marketing objectives, integrating AI-driven content creation tools where appropriate
- Create high-quality content across various channels, including website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media, leveraging AI to scale content production while maintaining quality
- Manage translation and adapt in French our Global content (website, campaigns, ebooks and other assets), you understand that we translate meaning and that we sometimes need to do some research to translate technical terms
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all initiatives
- You’ll work with our customer marketing team and studio to produce the customer testimonials
- You’ll have an active part in the distribution of the content, working closely with our field, acquisition, lifecycle marketing teams as well as the sales enablement team
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform content development
- Measure and analyze the performance of content initiatives, leveraging insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in content marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Experience in content marketing, preferably within a B2B software or technology company
- Experience or deep interest for corporate finance and willingness to learn more about it
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling, audience-focused content that drives engagement and conversion
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Experience or willingness to learn how to utilize AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of generating innovative content ideas aligned with business objectives
- “Full funnel” mindset, you care as much about creating top of the funnel content to grow pipeline as making sure the Sales can convert those leads into clients
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with colleagues who will be either on site or working in other geographies, in different departments (marketing, go-to-market, sales, etc.)
