Content Marketing Coordinator 

General Summary:

The Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production of content assets and related efforts with a focus on blog management and repurposing content into various formats. This role assists in creating content designed to educate, inspire, entertain and generate interest in our products and services. They also contribute to cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our partner base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the Marketing team with attention to detail.
  • Conducts research, analysis, and documentation.
  • Assists in creating and developing content assets such as eBooks, case studies, datasheets, email campaigns, web content, etc.
  • Supports the strategy and execution of building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted Call to Actions and content offers.
  • Identifies opportunities to create feature articles and other media assets.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
  • Conducts regular audits, reviews, and reporting to measure content performance using relevant KPIs.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid based out of Headquarters (Tampa Office)
  • Minimal travel may be required (0-10%)
