Position – Content Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing 360-degree content marketing campaigns across the KredX product suite.
• Research and create long-form and gated content assets (e.g., white papers, guides, downloadable content) that support lead generation and other forms of content as required.
• Write conversion-focused copy for multiple channels including email, WhatsApp, SMS, landing pages, and brochures.
• Support the development of brand-aligned social media content.
• Write engaging blog content to improve organic traffic and demonstrate industry expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, digital) to create clear, compelling marketing assets.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging, grammar, and tone across all touchpoints.
• Apply strong research and editing skills to ensure factual and grammatical correctness.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideation.
• Be a proactive team player who can adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional setup.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing or content marketing, preferably in a B2B or fintech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and brand tone.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with content management tools and SEO is a plus.
• A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.
Company KredX URL- www.kredx.com Experience: 4-7 years Work Location : Mumbai Key Responsibilities - This role entails acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with key decision makers (Business Owner, Director, CFOs, Head Procurement, Financial Controller, Heads of Finance, Treasury, etc. of firms engaged in global trade both imports and exports. - The role requires achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual targets in terms of acquisition of new clients, building up of the portfolio and achievement of revenue targets. It requires the candidate to manage his or her own, business Development/market scoping, arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to businesses, manage follow ups to sell products, solutions and services. - Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. - Maintain a complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. - Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction. Requirements:- - 4+ years of overall experience in sales role in a financial services organization - Experience in trade product selling, Banking / NBFC, Fintech, Large portfolio management will be an advantage. - The candidate must have their own network / relationships of clients. - Good understanding of technology based trade receivables business & Supply chain solutions and linked available products in the market and has experience in dealing with the same. - Go getter attitude & Self - motivated with a passion toto achieve targets & goals given by the organization.
