The PITCH

The Content Manager plays a strategic role in bridging the gap between the Creative, Strategy and Media teams to ensure a comms idea is properly integrated across the channels that best meet a brand’s communication tasks. Here’s where you come in.

  • Lead day-to-day comms planning for our dynamic accounts.
  • Review assets received from Regional (REG) and plot them into the content calendar
  • Understand social media conversations and review weekly sentiments to ensure the right assets are reflected in the content calendar
  • Plot the content calendar with relevant assets from REG for each of the four markets
  • Attend local and REG WIPs with CPs to discuss title updates, social postings, and calendar updates
  • Maintain constant communication with clients regarding content calendar matters, including proposed localized assets and assets to be boosted.
  • Collaborate closely with CMs for asset postings.
  • Conduct daily catch-ups with CMs to ensure assets are ready to be posted and follow up with CPs if assets are not ready.
  • Send updated content calendars to local markets and REG.
  • Work on content themes for new product releases in collaboration with the strategist.
  • Develop signals and cohorts for new product strategy and creative brief.
  • Work closely with creative and PM teams to ensure delivery dates and timelines for idea production, ensuring assets are ready as per the paid media plan.
  • Collaborate with CPs to ensure content ideas feedback flows smoothly with creatives, tying back to paid media, and ensuring content falls within pre or in-season periods.
  • Follow up closely on asset approvals to ensure assets can be plotted into the content calendar accordingly.

Here’s the Experience and the “Nice To Have”

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field.
  • Innate sense of “what works” on social media; and experience using social platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. A grammar that’s on fleek.
  • Additional languages or experience in other Southeast Asian countries are a plus.
  • Highly creative, forward-thinking and witty
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Both a creative and analytical person
  • Driven and hungry for success, and always want to learn more
