Position Summary
We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Localization & Content team and help us manage our brand-new CMS.
In this position, you will directly report to Localization & Content Lead, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and be an expert in our Content Management (CMS), creating user guides, conducting trainings, as well as collaborating with developers and internal IT employees to ensure the system is set to match the organization's goals. You'll also keep everything up-to-date and accurate.
If you are super organized, love content creation and new technologies (such as CHATGPT), and have a tracking notebook for everything, you are some steps closer to getting this position!
The Localization & Content team is part of the Customer Experience department and owns customers’ Digital Communication channels and Branding. By streamlining the processes for our websites, app, and digital campaigns, we focus on incrementality through local and effective content experience for Etraveli Group’s millions of customers.
The position will be based at our Athens office.
