Join us and start as Content Manager (CMS) in the Customer Experience within Customer Services!

Position Summary

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Localization & Content team and help us manage our brand-new CMS.

In this position, you will directly report to Localization & Content Lead, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and be an expert in our Content Management (CMS), creating user guides, conducting trainings, as well as collaborating with developers and internal IT employees to ensure the system is set to match the organization's goals. You'll also keep everything up-to-date and accurate.

The Localization & Content team is part of the Customer Experience department and owns customers’ Digital Communication channels and Branding. By streamlining the processes for our websites, app, and digital campaigns, we focus on incrementality through local and effective content experience for Etraveli Group’s millions of customers.

The position will be based at our Athens office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our business CMS, working with developers and editors to ensure it meets your organization's demands
  • Manage the content team members and run content audits to detect inconsistencies and redundancies in our sites
  • Develop and implement content schedules for people to produce or update materials in the different channels we operate
  • Create site maps, visualizations, or wireframes to help peers understand the structure and function of the site
  • Organize the structure of the CMS such as folders, templates, images, etc
  • Manage and edit web copy in different languages provided by our copywriters and translation agency
  • Being the SPOC (single point of contact) for different stakeholders negotiating deliverables, deadlines, and policies
  • Provide business requirements to the software development team in order to develop relevant automation
  • Stakeholdership towards product and IT for development

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role using CMS and multi-channel communication in a marketing or communications field
  • Familiarity with data-driven communication flows and digital mapping platforms
  • SEO knowledge/keyword research
  • Experience in coaching or/and people management
  • Fluency in English. Any additional language will be considered an asset. Excellent communication skills & ability to build relationships
  • Organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once and strategic, prioritize things and able to oversee large projects and coordinate the work of others
  • Good writer and editor, with good spelling and grammar and the ability to adapt to our brands
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and other web technologies is a plus but not required
