They're searching for a Content Leadto plan and create content across multiple platforms including website, blogs, paid media, and social media platforms.
As a Content Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, audience, and business objectives. The role is at the intersection of creativity and analytics, requiring you to both produce compelling content and measure its impact on our business goals.
What You Will Do
- Understand business needs by working with the internal multiple teams to create effective communication solutions.
- Develop a cohesive strategy across all channels to promote the brand.
- Create compelling content for advertising purposes to achieve business objectives.
- Write content for all channels to effectively tell each story.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors' activities, and incorporate them into the content strategy.
- Plan content strategies to acquire new customers and optimize ROI.
- Work with the analytics team to evaluate content effectiveness using key metrics.
- Collaborate on content-related tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
- Handle assigned ad-hoc projects.
- Conduct checks and audits to ensure consistent user experience across channels, including assistance with vocabulary, taxonomies, and style guides.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or copywriting.
- Strong content writing and social media management skills.
- Fluent in English & Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and task coordination skills.
