Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our Design team. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality content that supports our brand's design initiatives. This includes website copy, blogs, case studies, white papers, and marketing materials. Additionally, you will perform content audits, ensure SEO optimization, and maintain alignment with our brand voice and design strategies.
As a Content Writer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, product, and UX to create compelling, user-focused content that enhances the overall user experience and drives business growth. The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop original, high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, case studies, white papers, and social media. Ensure all content reflects the brand’s design ethos and messaging.
Website Content Writing & Auditing:
Regularly audit and update website content to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Optimize web copy for SEO, user experience, and readability, while aligning with brand identity.
SEO Optimization:
Work with the SEO team to incorporate relevant keywords and implement SEO best practices. Ensure that all web content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.
Case Studies & White Papers:
Develop detailed case studies and white papers that highlight successful design projects, client collaborations, and innovative solutions, providing well-researched, data-driven content.
Blog Writing:
Write engaging blog posts on design trends, best practices, and industry news. Establish the brand as a thought leader in design, ensuring content resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Content:
Craft compelling social media copy that complements design visuals and aligns with broader design campaigns. Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
Content Auditing & Optimization:
Conduct regular content audits to assess performance and alignment with brand guidelines. Identify areas for improvement and ensure all content remains relevant and up-to-date.
Collaboration with Teams:
Collaborate with design, UX, and marketing teams to ensure written content enhances design projects and provides a seamless user experience.
Editing & Proofreading:
Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure all content is error-free and ready for publication.
Content Strategy Support:
Contribute to the development of content strategies by offering insights and suggestions that align with design and marketing objectives. Stay informed of content trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably within a design, digital content, or marketing environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Ability to simplify complex design and technology concepts into clear, engaging content.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience integrating them into written content.
Experience with website content audits and implementation of improvements.
Ability to write for various platforms, including websites, blogs, case studies, white papers, social media, and marketing materials.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
Adaptable writing style to suit different audiences and platforms.
