Bazaarvoice is looking for a talented Sales Director with a passion for working with fast-growing SMB & mid-market beauty clients to join our Content & Creators (C&C) Sales Team. As part of the C&C team, you will be responsible for cross-selling our Content Activation & Creator Solutions into an assigned territory of named SMB & mid-market beauty and wellness accounts.

What you will be doing:
- Grow bookings in your assigned territory by selling in net new CAS (content activation services) opportunities, and growing rebuys.
- Build and nurture relationships at every level within SMB/MM organizations with an emphasis on brand management/marketing, e-commerce, social, and leadership.
- Strategically prospect for new opportunities across the relevant beauty & wellness buyer personas.
- Drive conversational discovery with the customer in order to reveal pains and requirements.
- Utilize sales processes and tools to manage your book of business, prospecting targets and provide timely and accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with your SaaS generalist sellers to holistically serve Bazaarvoice’s mid-market clients; driving the accounts to achieve both CAS & SaaS growth targets.
- Meet or exceed assigned pipegen & revenue quotas.
- Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
- Strong hunter who excels at researching and identifying top prospects and conducting strategic outreach.
- In-depth knowledge of and passion for beauty & wellness.
- Collaborative seller, who can partner with a generalist sales team to amplify their efforts of driving content & creators revenue.
- Experience selling to CPG brands, with a demonstrated track record of closing new business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to conduct formal presentations with senior leaders & one-on-one meetings.
- Creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong understanding of typical mid-market buying cycles and processes.
- Excellent team player.
