Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Content Coordinator for the Creative Team, you will be the driving force behind the organization, coordination, and successful delivery of all visual content for our brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors such as photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Briefs: Develop detailed creative briefs that outline project objectives, target audience, key messages, and visual style guidelines.
  • Shot Lists and Planning: Create shot lists and detailed plans for photo and video shoots to ensure all necessary content is captured efficiently.
  • Sourcing Content Creators: Identify and reach out to content creators, photographers, videographers, and influencers for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, videographers, and other content creators to produce visual content.
  • Timeline Management: Track project timelines, ensuring all visual content is completed and delivered on schedule.
  • Quality Assurance: Review visual content for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring all visual assets meet the required standards.
  • Content Creation Assistance: Assist in editing high-quality visual content, including product photos, videos, and social media graphics when needed.
  • Optimization: Optimize visual content for different platforms, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and dimensions.
  • File Management: Organize and consolidate design files, assets, and content, ensuring proper labeling, accessibility, and version control.
  • Budget and Invoice Management: Manage budgets and process invoices for visual content production, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely payments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors about visual content plans and updates.
  • Content Strategy: Assist in developing visual content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on visual content trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains current and engaging.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience working with influencers and creatives on user-generated content (UGC), photo and video content, and product shoots for various product-based brands.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana)
  • Experience in budget management and invoice processing.
  • Basic knowledge of video and photo editing
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience managing product shoots and creative projects from planning to completion, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

  • Ability to ensure consistency and quality in visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.
