- Assure appropriate management of the empties process for returnable packaging (Customer, Supplier, and internal/intercompany business).
- Coordinate all cleaning and scrapping processes for returnable packaging (managing the service provider).
- Maintain all returnable accounts (e.g. SAP) with customers, suppliers, and internally. Keep alignment about volumes with all business partners.
- Support the activities of authorizing payments to suppliers for products or services. This process includes invoice matching and the issuance of reclamation.
- Analyze and improve the MoE processes by using standardized IT systems and tools.
- Claim for results, monitor and report regularly to operating departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Prepare and support the annual stock-taking process for returnables.
- Support to perform continuous physical inventory control of returnables.
- Bachelor's or technical degree or similar qualification within the area of production/logistics.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of Continental business processes (Focus Management of Empties / Order Fulfillment / Material Flow).
- SAP knowledge (MM / SD / WM).
- English Language.
