About Job

Accountable for delivering effective tech tools to enable Panel Management & Auditor-supported data collection.  Serve regional panel PL(Product Leader Ship) and Operations teams as internal clients , enable quality, panelist-centric data collection methods.  Lead cross-functional teams (Tech, Dsci, Product Leader Ship (PL), Ops) to design, develop, deploy tech enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify system features & performance gaps to enhance
  • Facilitate PI (Product Incremental) planning process
  • Assess enhancements & change requests
  • Writing and delivering requirements to the Technology teams for solutions in scope
  • Approve solution design, review prototypes to guide on time and accurate delivery
  • Coordinating UAT (User Attendance Testing) (global)
  • Maintaining system release communications, documenting and maintaining operational processes and training materials tied to the solution.
  • Manage early stages of deployment / hypercare (monitoring period post- deployment)
     
  • 3+ years of work experience, ideally in implementing new process and technologies
  • Fluent in Business English
  • Ability to engage, develop and develop talent
  • Good understanding of process and operational metrics
  • Technically savvy to work on analytical tools
  • Highly effective communication skills matched with good presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly
  • Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
  • Business acumen
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
