We are seeking an experienced Customer & Market Insights Expert. You will be pivotal in conducting complex, multinational market research studies and delivering actionable business recommendations to help us navigate and excel in both our expanding categories and international markets.
What does this role involve?
- You will conduct market research studies with external market research and consulting agencies.
- You will prepare external briefs for market research studies based on internal stakeholders' needs.
- You will prepare questionnaires and qualitative study guidelines.
- You will supervise the entire project.
- You will deliver presentations with in-depth conclusions and actionable insights.
- You will work independently on projects.
- You will manage projects under tight timelines.
- You will conduct both single-country and international studies.
- You will conduct interesting projects in both B2C and B2B markets.
- You will create deep-dive, strategic, and actionable business recommendations.
- You will discuss and consult these recommendations with internal stakeholders.
- You will go beyond the obvious by conducting complex market research studies, which include product optimization (e.g., conjoint analysis), pricing studies (e.g., DPA), segmentation studies, and basic econometric models.
- You will convert data into business-relevant consumer insights.
- You will estimate different KPIs for Allegro actions like marketing campaigns.
- You will co-create and implement data-driven solutions in close collaboration with business and product teams.
- You will consult with business teams on ideas for new products, services, brands, advertisements, and campaigns.

This is the right job for you, if
- You hold a university degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- You’re fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and Polish (minimum C1 level)
- Adaptability and flexibility are your second nature

- Your presentation skills are top-notch, and you're a pro at problem-solving and critical thinking
