We’re looking for a Consumer Engagement Manager to play a key role in building Humbee’s presence and connecting with users. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the identity of a product designed to bring excitement and utility to everyday life.
The Role
As Consumer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with Humbee users through engaging communication, events, and creative campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you will take the lead in communication activities, organize events, and build strategies to make Humbee a recognized and loved brand.
You will work closely with the founders to develop strategies and concepts that turn Humbee into a go-to app for rewards and fun.
What You’ll Do

Communication & PR:
- Lead Humbee’s social media presence with creative content and active engagement.
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase awareness and recognition.
- Collaborate with the founders to create concepts that amplify Humbee’s story.

Events & Community Engagement:
- Organize and participate in events to promote Humbee and build strong relationships with users.
- Work with partners and local businesses to create unique user experiences.

Grassroots Marketing:
- Create campaigns that connect with users, including sticker bombing, partnerships, and other innovative tactics.
- Launch creative marketing strategies to drive user engagement and downloads.

Build Loyalty:
- Foster strong connections with Humbee users, turning the app into a platform people love to use.
- Use user feedback to improve engagement and shape marketing strategies.

Marketing-Savvy: Experienced in consumer-focused marketing, including social media, PR, and event planning.

Your Background
- Experience in industries known for building strong consumer loyalty and brand experience, such as retail, lifestyle, or hospitality (e.g., Lululemon, Nike, or similar brands that prioritize customer engagement and community-building).
- Proven track record of launching successful marketing or community engagement campaigns.
- Familiarity with crypto or willingness to learn quickly.
- Based in Lugano or Milan, with availability to travel to Lugano for workshops and meetings.
