Summary: The Consumer Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer relationships, drive brand loyalty, and improve overall engagement. This role involves managing communication campaigns, analyzing consumer behavior data, and leveraging insights to create personalized experiences. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams is essential to align engagement efforts with broader company goals. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for customer-centric strategies to foster meaningful connections between the brand and its audience.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a best-in-class Consumer Engagement Strategy.
  • Strategy will have a data-first approach, ensuring that key business KPIs, as well as consumer trends are integrated and considered.
  • Oversee all aspects of Consumer Marketing (Digital Media, Social, Content, Editorial, CRM and Insights) from conception, through to execution and measurement.
  • Ownership of cohesive Paid, Owned and Earned media strategy in collaboration with the PR & Influencer director
  • Responsible for leading and developing innovative, effective and efficient activations on paid digital channels, including Social, Search, Display, Online Video, Commercial TV driving consumer acquisition and deepening brand engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead the team to ensure key launches, calendar focuses and high-traffic moments are supported with through-the-line paid activity, briefing media agencies and internal creative team as required.
  • Identify and utilize consumer data insights and online behavior to make informed communications choices, and formulate strategies that utilize the best targeting and tracking technology available.
  • Drive creativity and innovation for best-in-class, customer focused omni-channel communications. Test content, copy, formatting / ad types and channel diversification to maximize ROI based on business objectives.
  • Key point of contact for media suppliers and agencies. Work closely with these teams to ensure Huda Beauty is leading the way in digital media and innovation in North America.
  • Oversee creation, delivery and measurement of organic activity in collaboration with global marketing.
  • Ensure content is in line with rigorous brand guidelines, but is bespoke to the US, its consumers, and current trends.
  • Work in collaboration with PR & Communication teams to leverage Influencers to generate content and boost owned and earned engagement.
  • Implement the online editorial strategy, identifying opportunities for local content creation, ensuring copy is SEO optimized and amplified cross-channel to drive traffic to Brand site and Stores.
  • Lead on developing Brand roadmap for delivering high-touch Omni-channel experience, including Virtual Services.
  • Work with key functions in and out of Brand to ensure that new tools and technologies are leveraged to deliver enhance experiences instore and online.
  • Be a key voice in the development of the future roadmap, ensuring new tools and technologies are integrated into the team.
  • Be a data-champion in the brand, leveraging industry-best data capabilities to ensure that Consumer Intelligence is at the heart of key business decisions.

Requirements: 

  • Strong digital expertise and experience in global brands and / or in digital media agencies.
  • 5+ years experience of driving and implementing successful and innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data tools, tech innovation and digital trends.
  • Knowledge of key media channels across Google, Facebook, TikTok etc. is essential.
  • Knowledge of Retention Marketing is ideal.
  • Experience leading content / asset creation is ideal.
  • Experience in successfully managing media agency relationships is essential.
  • A creative thinker, willing to push new ideas.
  • Versatile and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple projects to a high quality.
  • Creative and enjoys working in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Understanding of and passion for the luxury and beauty industries.
