What's it all about?
As Consulting Manager you will report to the Consulting Director of Greece, Cyprus, Malta and Israel cluster within the Southern Europe region of Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), focusing on Israel but potentially also working transversally across the cluster or region as needed.
This role will be responsible for supporting the local and wider VCA team in selling and delivering projects for Visa clients in the payment's domain. Projects are generally driven by client needs, Visa developments and market trends, but are usually expected to center around a variety of strategic topics in the payments area, leading to specific recommendations for clients, as well as on data analytics, drawing insights from Visa’s transaction data as well as client information.
You will work towards the team’s goals and be responsible for contributing to the sales and delivery targets of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team. As an example, you might conduct research online, in Visa resources or through the VCA network across Europe, compile PowerPoint presentations, perform data analysis in Excel, create quantitative or qualitative benchmarks, formulate business cases for recommendations to clients, or structure a project deliverable storyline supported by the analysis performed.
By joining the VCA team in Israel, this position will become an integral part of a passionate group of Visa consultants and other payments experts committed to maintaining and developing new business and strategic projects with Visa’s top financial industry clients in a dynamic market.
What we expect of you, day to day.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
