Join Coupa as a Senior Consulting Lead within our Value & Solutions Consulting team, the Value Excellence Center, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation through strategic insights and data-driven solutions. You will support internal consulting projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and opportunities, while also leading initiatives that position Coupa as an industry thought leader. Your strong project management skills will enable you to create detailed project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate strategic recommendations effectively to executive leadership. You will thrive in a global environment, adapt strategies to meet local needs, and leverage your analytical expertise to develop and maintain proprietary models and tools. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
What you will do:

Support internal consulting projects: collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and strategic opportunities within the organization to enable business transformation

Contribute to Thought Leadership: participate in or lead initiatives that position Coupa as a thought leader in the industry, such as publishing white papers, participating in industry events, or contributing to blogs and webinars

Demonstrate strong project management skills: lead initiatives as an internal consultant by creating and managing detailed project plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and addressing feedback and issues in real-time

Experience in a Global Environment: ability to work with global teams and understand the nuances of operating in different markets, adapting strategies to meet local needs while maintaining consistency with global objectives

Create impactful presentations to effectively communicate strategic insights: develop clear, concise, and compelling presentations to communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Develop and maintain analytical models and tools: leverage analytical expertise and critical thinking skills to manage proprietary models and tools, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders

Self-motivate and own projects: demonstrate a proactive approach by self-motivating, taking initiative, and leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes with minimal supervision and a desire to grow

Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for process optimization within the Value Excellence Center and contribute to the implementation of best practices

Work model expectations: maintain a hybrid work model with a minimum of 3-days in office (Bogota, Colombia) and 2-days remote each week
What you will bring to Coupa:

Language: fluent in verbal and written English language

Work experience: 2+ years of business experience demonstrating proficiency in strategy and operations consulting, corporate or business unit strategy, or other relevant work experience

Proven verbal skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to convey complex strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership

Strong critical thinking skills: utilize critical thinking skills to assess operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and drive operational excellence

Project management experience: proficient in project management skills and related tools, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables

Strong presentation development skills: ability to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods, prepared in a digestible, presentable format

Workload prioritization & management skills: willingness to work in a high performing environment and ability to manage and prioritize workload to achieve required timelines

Meticulous attention to detail: demonstrated attention to detail to thoroughly analyze data, review deliverables, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of strategic and operational recommendations

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration (BBA or MBA), Economics, Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain
