Consultants at Keystone drive client engagements by problem structuring, defining workflows, drawing conclusions from complex data sets, generating insights, delivering presentations, and managing relationships. Qualifications 

Consultants at Keystone have a diverse mix of academic backgrounds and professional experience. We hire directly out of Undergraduate, Master's, MBA, and PhD programs as well as from a variety of employers from both the public and private sectors. Regardless of level, consultants at Keystone will typically have: 

• Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Management, or other related field
• Relevant professional and academic experience 
• High intellect and quick to learn with a passion for excellence 
• Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial and operational levers 
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment 
• Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries 
• Strong written and oral communication skills  
• Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas 

US Salary Range: $88,000 - $198,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
