As a Logic20/20 Consultant, you’ll own deliverables, manage day-to-day project responsibilities, and engage with a range of clients and stakeholders. You’ll build on your passion for business, eagerness to learn new things, coachability, and strong work ethic as you solve complex problems with powerful solutions. You’ll finesse sometimes chaotic and lackluster systems into well-oiled machines to achieve business objectives and attract revenue growth–building both your client’s portfolio and your own.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that propel businesses towards a goal—whether that’s accelerated growth, a better customer experience, or happier employees. We work with a diverse team of consultants and project managers to make a difference in how companies strategize, streamline operations, reengineer processes, protect customer privacy, drive cultural change, and go to market. Our solutions empower clients with strategic changes that set them apart and move them forward.

About you

  • You have a demonstrated ability to identify business and technical impacts of user requirements and incorporate them into project plans
  • You are motivated and committed to driving projects to timely completion
  • You excel at working both independently and as part of a team
  • You work well under pressure and can independently handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • You see risks, identify issues, and execute mitigation steps with guidance from the project team
  • You can assess processes and tools and know how to use data to define and structure improvements and recommendations
  • You are passionate about understanding client business models and determining how best to support client business goals
  • You have proven experience highlighting improvement opportunities and can demonstrate a lasting impact on client-side or internal processes
  • You are curious and open-minded, willing to use data and research to test and iterate upon a hypothesis
  • 3+ years of consulting experience, preferably at a large management consulting firm
  • Experience as a consultant at Microsoft
  • Experience with independent delivery; ability to own a specific deliverable without extensive oversight
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and other Microsoft products
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and presentation skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication
  • An undergraduate degree in business or technology

We’d also be super-impressed if you have

  • An MBA
  • Data analysis skills (SQL, Power BI/Tableau)
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $72,000 - $122,100 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
