Role Overview:
We are looking for a Consultant Sales Manager to join our Stockholm team. This role is vital in maintaining and expanding our consultancy services. A key part of your role will be to utilize our existing relationships and customer base to develop our services further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage our strong ties with Google and our 500+ customer base to enhance our consultancy services.
- Engage in hands-on sales activities, including booking and leading client meetings.
- Craft and implement inventive sales strategies that align with our aggressive growth plans for 2024.
- Collaborate and educate a proactive sales team, instilling a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a unified and forward-thinking approach in the market.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to dynamically adapt our strategies.
- With extensive years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT consultants, technology or cloud services sector.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop business networks.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.
- Strategic thinking with an emphasis on practical and effective solutions.
- Leadership skills to support and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
