This role will provide project management expertise in a variety of areas as Internet Brands (IB) integrates its latest acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
Assist IB with Procurement related functions as it adds/eliminates new products and services
Track vendors that IB intends to keep, eliminate and/or establish new arrangements or contracts
Coordinate and communicate with Seller and IB procurement teams
Oversight of acquisition Transition Services Agreement (TSA)
Ensuring services (e.g. Accounting/Billing/Financial, Technology, Marketing, Operations, etc.) are delivered timely and accurately.
Costs and services provided by Seller are “stepped down” in accordance with agreement
Coordinate on regular/daily basis with Seller and internal stakeholders at IB; must communicate with different disciplines (e.g. Technology, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, etc.) and leaders
Assist IB with System Separation Exercise (as needed)
Facilitate cross functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders to raise challenges, develop mitigation plans, and update project timelines and deliverables
Provide regular status updates to leadership by communicating updates, escalations, dependencies, etc.
Qualifications includes:
5-10 years of related experience
Superior project management skills
Excellent organizational, oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. Ability to quickly build rapport, trust and strong collaboration
Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and/or Google suite (Slides, Sheets)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, HR or Information Systems/Technology
