As a Consultant, Planning & Operations you will support Coupa’s Global Solution Delivery team to support forecasting and reporting initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate cross-functionally across the company with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate has experience managing projects, doesn’t hesitate to run reports and analyze results, communicates complex data concepts clearly, and has a strong understanding of the business. This requires project management, experienced data analysis skills, problem-solving, and a strong bias for action.
What you will do:
- Manage the pipeline of PS projects in Salesforce and OpenAir, proactively raising issues around capacity concerns and/or potential upcoming shortages
- Coordinate with solution-delivery leaders on project compliance
- Assist with forecasting and reporting
- Run quarterly reporting for executive KPIs, performance tracking, and other ad-hoc reporting requests
- Provide analysis that supports the business objectives of the Services organization, in alignment with the corporate vision
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports to monitor for data quality issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and execute process and data improvement projects
What you will bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience and proven capabilities in the data domain with a strong business and/or technical background in the areas of Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance
- Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools experience recommended (i.e. NetSuite Openair, FinancialForce)
- Previous experience in a data-driven, analytics-centric role
- Working understanding of Professional Services cost structures is strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including experience with pivot tables, analyzing and formatting data, use of filters, and creating charts and graphs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have incredible attention to detail, be self-starting, and possess strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated progressive experience with remote delivery tools such as Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, Slack, etc.
- Previous experience in a data-driven, analytics-centric role
- Ability to execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience with establishing new processes and methodologies
- Foundational knowledge and exposure to the following master data concepts: data cleansing & standardization process, data integration & data enrichment
- Experience managing projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
- Great attention to detail
- Proactive, operational orientation
- BA/BS degree
- MBA or other relevant master’s degree a plus
